Core Values
- User-Centric
- Transparent and Trustworthy
- Tech-Driven
- Global Perspective
Proprietary SmartRoute Intelligent Routing Engine
Blizzard Accelerator's SmartRoute engine analyzes global node latency, load, and packet loss in real-time to dynamically calculate the optimal routing path for each user. This technology has reduced average connection latency by 40% and increased connection success rates to 99.8%. The engine updates the global network state map every 5 seconds to ensure the selection of the best current path.
Next-Gen Obfuscation Technology
Blizzard Accelerator's R&D team has developed unique traffic obfuscation technology that disguises accelerator packets as ordinary HTTPS traffic. This technology combines TLS 1.3 fingerprint simulation and random padding techniques, making deep packet inspection systems unable to identify accelerator traffic. In strict network environment testing, the connection success rate of the obfuscation mode exceeded 97%.
Security Audits and Bug Bounty Program
Blizzard Accelerator conducts at least two comprehensive security audits each year by independent third-party organizations. Additionally, we run a public bug bounty program inviting global security researchers to test Blizzard Accelerator's products. To date, over 200 security researchers have participated in our bounty program, helping us fix over 50 potential security issues.
Open Source and Transparency
Blizzard Accelerator is committed to technological transparency, with core encryption libraries and key components of the acceleration client open-sourced on GitHub. Anyone can review our code and verify our security claims. Contributors from the open-source community have helped us identify and fix several code optimization opportunities, enhancing client performance by 15%.
Global Data Center Partnership Network
Blizzard Accelerator has partnered with top global data center operators such as Equinix, Digital Realty, and NTT Communications. Our servers are deployed in Tier 3+ level data centers, ensuring 99.99% hardware availability. Each data center is equipped with redundant power, network, and cooling systems.
Localized Service Teams
Blizzard Accelerator's customer and technical support teams are distributed across multiple time zones worldwide, providing multilingual services, including Chinese, English, and Japanese. Users in different regions receive timely localized support. Our average ticket resolution time is 4 hours, and customer satisfaction remains above 96%.
Compliance and Data Sovereignty
Blizzard Accelerator's operational entity is registered in a privacy-friendly jurisdiction, not subject to the jurisdiction of the Five Eyes/Nine Eyes/Fourteen Eyes alliance. We strictly adhere to international data protection regulations such as GDPR, ensuring the highest standard of legal protection for user data. Users can exercise their rights to access, modify, and delete data at any time.
Social Responsibility and a fast, private internet

We provide free acceleration accounts to non-profit organizations and journalists, supporting freedom of speech and information transparency. Blizzard Accelerator also regularly donates to the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and open-source privacy projects, contributing to building a safer and freer internet.
